The sorting department has specialised in the planning and manufacture of sorting plant for recyclable materials. This department covers the complete planning, development, manufacture and sale of machines and plant in the field of environmental engineering. The company AVERMANN offers system solutions from one source. Moreover, the machines can be put into operation by our own fitters.

 

CONVEYING TECHNOLOGY

 

AVERMANN conveying technology comprises a great variety of belt systems, as, for example,

AVERMANN belts are specified and manufactured individually according to the respective application. These belts are produced in modular design by efficient laser-cutting machines and are therefore length-adjustable or extendable at any time. By using high-grade belts (i.e. oil and grease resistant) bulky goods can be transported safely.

 

SCREENING UNITS

 

AVERMANN screening units are suited for the classification of building-, industrial- and paper waste as well as compost and soil. Due to the solid type of construction AVERMANN screening units are absolutely reliable, also under the hardest conditions. 35 years of experience in the planning and construction of waste disposal and recycling machines guarantee intelligent solutions and high quality machines, which are working safe and faultless. All AVERMANN screening units are planned and manufactured custom-designed.

AVERMANN screening drums are available in different screening lengths, diameters and punchings. Therefore retrofitting into consisting plant is possible as well.
