Horizontal Baler with automatic binding (4 or 5 times)

AVERMANN horizontal balers offer our clients a maximum of efficiency and user-friendliness. The machines can be delivered from 55 up to 110 kW engines; the press force is between 80 and 100 tons. The throughput can be up to 25 tons per hour; bale dimensions are 1100 x 750 x adjustable length (up to 750 kg).

• The frame of the machine consists of a solid welded construction and is provided for the fastening on the floor with dowels.

• Capacity controlled, power saving pressure ram drive, alternatively via 1 or 2 axial piston pumps.

• Rapid motion/power speed control system as well as an automatic speed adaptation, depending on the necessary pressing power.

• Cutting knives on the force plate and on the counter plate for cutting off the overhanging material in the hopper section.

• Adjustable knife clearance to minimize the cutting forces.

• Cutting edge stamper, fully automatic hydraulically operated; power: 196 kN.

• Force plate channel laterally and made of 15 mm XAR® 400 sheet steel.

• First equipment of hydraulic oil, capacity: either 1,000 l or 2,000 l, depending on motor rating.

• Separate heating-, cooling- and filter circuit for the hydraulic oil, Oil filtration with 3µm filter.

• Heating capacity: approx. 5,500 W or 7,500 W, depending on motor rating.

• Cooling capacity: approx. 28 kW with 100 l/min.

Special equipment for AVOS 1810

• Special press ram

            For pressing scrap, residual waste, wooden boxes etc. There are no openings inside the ram where pressed material can get jammed or emerge. The slots are only released for binding the bale. The press-ram is patented (patent No. DE19860316A1).
